Daily Bulletin for Tuesday, March 18th, 2025
Good Morning Floodwood students and staff, today is Tuesday, March 18th.
You are welcome to stand and join in the Pledge of Allegiance.
I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.
Tomorrow is Cocoa and Cram in the TRIO room with Ms. Schubitzke! If you would like to attend, please bring some homework to work on!
TRIO will be meeting with 6-9th graders today
There will be an NHS meeting during lunch today, students are dismissed at 11:55 to grab their lunches early.
This Thursday there will be a student council meeting in the polar den at lunch
Tomorrow morning at 9am, a Dental Hygienist will be available for high school students to talk with and learn about a career in the dental field. If you are interested in joining, please see Ms. Schubitzke.
This Thursday will be the end of Quarter 3! Be sure you have all your homework and assignments turned in.
Students will choose where they would like to go for the end of quarter celebration during 6th and 7th hours on Thursday morning with their first hour teachers. The three activity options will be the gym for floor hockey, polar den for games and coloring, or the library for Silent Library and/or study hall for students who are failing classes.
Prom tickets are on sale for students 9-12th grade! Tickets will be on sale in the office. Find a junior or speak with MS Ellingson for more information! Tickets are $30 per person or $50 for a couple. The theme this year is GLOW IN THE DARK.
Attention students: sunflower seeds are not a snack in the school building. Also, food from the cafeteria needs to be eaten in the cafeteria - I am finding messes in the High School hallways and we do not want the fruit flies to be an issue once it gets warmer!
Happy Birthday to Ilah Hilsen and to Ms Lily Schubitzke!
Funny for today: Why did the flower refuse to ride a bike? It lost all its petals :)
Today’s lunch is mini waffles, sausage patty, hashbrowns and carrots served with fruit and milk.
Tomorrow's breakfast is sausage egg & cheese served with juice and milk.
